We were pleasantly surprised at the 2 queen room 209. Cozy and spacious ! Other than missing cutlery in the kitchenette which is hardly noteworthy, it was one of the best value/clean/fresh we have stayed at. Off-season rates made this an exceptional value as well. Easily would stay again. And again easy check in and out! Thanks ! R and B

From check-in to check-out, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a nice variety to start the day right. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. What stood out most was the warm hospitality — everyone went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hinton. It was an okay stay for an overnight. We stayed here for 1 night before heading to Jasper/ Banff. It is conveniently located near fast food chains and Walmart. We were on the first floor with 2 queen beds. There was a strange decoration to cover 4 separate windows (4 wood pieces with knobs) that was above the kitchenette. There were 2 washrooms - 1 room was just the shower and the other was the sink and toilet). The floor was a little sandy so I had to wear slippers. There was a wind draft around the main door so it was a little chilly when you're near it. The complimentary breakfast had your staples. Eggs, sausage, beans, toast, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea, and juice. The hotel reception was ok. A male staff called us to ask when we were checking in (we checked in around 9pm). He didn't tell us about the complimentary breakfast so we had to look it up ourselves. We got the vibe that he wanted to go home early. The hotel reception in the morning on the otherhand was very nice. She greeted us when we arrived for breakfast and thanked us as we checked out. She was wonderful. Overall, it was a good stay and a no fuss option before heading to the Rockies.
Easy check in and friendly staff. Brought my dog no problem on a solo trip, $20 deposit per night. The parking lot needed some attention ice wise, besides that nice room in a great spot. Definitely recommend
Superb customer service! I left my iPad in the room and only realized it when I got home. Since it was too far to go back, I called the hotel, and they kept my iPad safe and shipped it to me! You can really trust the people and the service in this place. My family and I are very satisfied with our stay here. The rooms are clean, and all the equipment works perfectly. The bathroom is also clean and well-organized.
We spent a night there from our way from Calgary to Jasper. The one night stay was amazing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beddings were clean. There was soap, hot n cold water available into the washrooms. The owner Asma was very soft spoken and friendly person. She made delicious breakfast for us. There was everything in breakfast, scrambled eggs, beans, muffins, donuts, yogurt. Kids were very happy. We would love to choose this place again on our trips for stay.
Stayed here recently during the a lovely road trip with my partner. We were very excited for the jacuzzi tub. Room was decently clean but some of the interior was a but dated. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The room layout was slightly strange with the shower and toilet on one side, while the sink and tub were on another. However where this place truly shined was in customer service. We had a accident involving hitting a dear and had to stay an extra evening. They had availability, and were super understanding and worked with us while we sorted out our next steps. Would stay again.
What a pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious with two areas for a bit more privacy. The lady at the front desk was so personable and helpful. We will definately stay here again if in Hinton
